Sunday Restorative Series
Gently move into the Spring with a restorative yoga practice. Calm your nervous system, relax your body, increase mobility, improve sleep, facilitate connection to the breath and body. Tenderly guided by Gina Fitzpatrick of One Key Yoga. This 4-class series will take place on Sundays, beginning March 17th - April 7th, from 4-5:15pm.
